Bungie, I haven't been able to sign into Destiny since Sunday - as you'll gather from the appropriate title - since Sunday I have received the error code 'zebra' and before someone tells me what zebra error code means, I know already.
I have tried to sign in numerous times each day since then and trying all sorts of ways to get around it including: quitting the game, restarting the console, rebooting internet modem, checking network settings, you name it I've tried it. I'm not going to be one of those guys and insult your abilities to develop and maintain a game because it's an awesome game but it is coming close to a week now. When I pay for a product that is accompanied by a service to be able to use such a product, I'd prefer it to work (at least once within five days). It is a bit like buying an umbrella but it lets water through, sucks a little bit.
Could you give me and anyone else who is having the same issue an updated explanation of why this is happening and if possible a time frame in which it will be fixed or even if it will be fixed in the foreseeable future.

P.S - Your twitter pages should be updated with the ongoing issues everyone is having, it's quite time consuming to hunt around for the most up to date information.
