Let me first say that i have been a fan of bungie since they made myth I have also played/bought all the halo games in fact 90% of the reason i bought a ps4 over a xboxone was becuase bungie was favoring it Ok... Now thats out of the way lets talk about what i like about destiny (gonna be a shallow and short list kinda like the epic story that bungie bragged about ... That turned out to be a out right lie) Pros 1) the shooting mechanics are almost perfect (from a halo fans point of view) 2) the pvp is novel, but shallow and solid all at the same time 3)the sparrow is awsome ....enough said 4)the game is a visually amazing (some of bungies best work ever ) 5) the raid is great ( infact more strike should use the team mechanics) Cons 1) the story is a joke (false advertising at its finest ....if we are talking story this game is an outright rippoff) 2)90% of all of this games content is shallow and half hearted the player creator,pvp,story,all of its for the exception of the gunplay 3)the pvp is unbalanced and the netcode is down right bad! ....and it reeks of COD fanboyism its way more COD then it is halo ....via the kill times and the map sizes 4)no end game....i dont give a sh$#$#%^%$ what anyone says the raid is a sry excuse for endgame content its just not enough 6) the weapons models .....rofl !!!!! 6 years of dev time and your telling me all you could come up with is the same 10ish divergant models .....wtf bungie why are 90% of the weps just half assed color reskins ...? fire that guy now hes stealing your money 7) weapons have such low distinction they all blend togeather ....my exoctic feel pointless ,my legendary weps feel lack luster 8)bungie claimed they were creating a living world .........0.o? feels more like a static never changing one to me 9)free roam ....? you have these big open spaces that totaly go to waste ...i mean.....faction boutines ....thats it? ....thats all for free roam?....yea fire that moron too ...freeroam alone had so much potential ...we could have had base capture planetside 2 esc type of mode in free roam(optional of course you would have to enters this mode from orbit ofc) ... we could have had dynamic ai telling stories in the open world... anything other then just the same bouties every time... i mean wtf is the point of exploring the world.....? dead ghost?...repetive mob spawns...really?... fire that dev/devs for freeroam now they ripped you off 10) the misssion design is a joke every single mission breaks down into a horde mode repeat lol wtf was the dev team thinking ..... 11) the ai is as stupid as a box of nails ...i mean really? you could have had them patrol or interact with other npc's ..i mean really they just spawn and rush you lol its so half hearted lol ok thats enough bungie bashing for one day look destiny is by no means the worst game ever its just not any where near what we have come to expect from bungie ...to be honest it deserves the low critic scores it got the game feels so rushed so under devolped by the standard of bungie's previous games( in most areas but not all) did hype play a factor in the mix ofc it did ...but to be honest compared to bungies other games ....this is a farce the funny thing is i have about 80+ hours in this game but never once did i feel like i got my money out of the game( and before you dumb ass fanboys say 80hrs blah blah read the rest ). it always felt like a unvalidated grind ..i keeped playing simply becuase i didnt have any other games....the next gen consoles are kinda light on content atm. so i was forced to slink through destiny unsatified because thats what my friends were playing and frankly there just isnt many other games to play . to be honest i lost alot of faith in bungie over this game ...and before you spit out that tired old line about destiny dlc and the game getting better ...payed dlc is not a justfication for this games glaring problems a handful of story mission and strikes /raids wont fix the problems i and many many ppl have with destiny infact thats all the media destiny gets any more youtube videos about what ppl want changed and where it went wrong ...look up the (honest destiny trailer) it says it all im done i will not buy any more bungie content from this day forward for those of you that are satified with destiny all i have to say to you is.... lol get a grip for those of you that havent figured it out yet (played enough to get bored ) im sorry you in for a rude wake up ..............well thats it for me time to wait for plaentside 2 /the division/witcher 3, ect ...you know real games not titanfall wannabes good bye you mouth breathing smuchs:)
