Plan C. Any good?

So, I got a Plan C from a raid chest last night. I don't really use Fusion rifles. How is it? Is it worth leveling? And where are it's strenghts and weaknesses? I got: 5 shots Arc damage 1st perk - Hipfire 2nd perk - Accelerated coils / Hammer forged / Perfect balance Thank you :)

Way To Gnarly

I'm not the biggest fan of it, but I did use it for the nightfall this week and it shreds with the arc modifier on.
