Depends. You get a chance at loot each boss and a slim chance in the gorgons chests. There's four boss drops and three chests, then double that for hard which is the only way to get the helmet. So if you do hard and normal for both drops you get 14 chances, and with alt characters you can double or triple that if you do it over. But you are guaranteed nothing. Best of luck!
