Bungie, you're full of it.

I'm sick of getting kicked back to orbit When I'm at the very end of a nightfall run or getting ready to get my bounty for my 3rd public event or...........etc. But what I'm even more sick of is your BS excuses for why it happens. My son sent an email about it and got a reply that it's our internet. WOW! are you just passing the buck. For those of you that get the same response here's what their trying to tell me; That my modem/router that was set up by a Microsoft I.T. employee for the sole purpose of gaming, my system that is port forwarded, static IP, independent IP, constant open network address translator (NAT), download of 92-104, upload of 9-12, and direct wired is faulty. If this is the case then why do I not ever have any problems with any of the other online games that I often play? I never lag (Unless someone is switching), never get kicked etc. etc. except from Destiny. FIX THE PROBLEM. A lot of people spend a lot of money with you so stop making excuses and get it taken care of.

  • Sorry you are having a bad experience. We are working very hard at improving the ability for all players to connect to and play Destiny, and have made great strides in doing just that. What error are you seeing when you get disconnected? Thanks for putting in the work to make sure your network isn't the problem. We are putting in a lot of work to make sure that we are doing what we can on our side to address issues.
