I prefer when the minority is heard.

Ok so there is a few major flaws in Bungies and our, yes our system. Game companies tend to just listen to those on forums or if it makes loud enough noise, the problem is those who enjoy things dont tend to say it out loud, yet those who hate things will go out of their way to say so. The problem is the vocal minority is that a minority of the players and should not dictate future updates. What needs to be done is something I dont even think any other game has done before, and would show initiative for once. If there is buzz be it on forums or else where instead of making a decision based off how the company feels or how the minority who log in or have a account here feel there needs to be a system. If Bungie or the members feel something needs to be changed and there is enough talk over something then it should be put to a vote, not by Bungie but the person who made it possible for Bungie to keep the game going. When a possible problem arises a message should be sent in game to our post box, A special red, yellow or blue bubble telling guardians our attention is needed in the tower for something important. Once there we get a in game "envelope" when we select it from the post office it should open a screen that describes the problem, maybe a cut scene to explain it. And if it needs to be fixed or if its actually fine. After the first week or so another message should be sent regarding the results so far and if they are in favor of change possible solutions with video or pictures showing possible fixes. The following week if no other choices need to be made then the vote will be caste and the winner will be implemented. A example. Should there be a penalty for changing items on a weapon or guns in general? Then explain that the complaints are that gamers feel that they are being unfairly punished for changing to new gun or tactics do you think a fix is in order yes or no. If yes later will be asked, should it be pve or both. If pve only is voted for then we get asked, No penalty, nerfed penalty or different penalty. Etc. This way the whole community can be involved not the minority and Bungie would have more respect for and from players. Of course some things will need to be in place, like once per gamer tag, You can only undo a vote few minutes in or only after a few days so its not abused. And maybe even a trial week or something to get feedback? Edit 1: Another idea brought up by Devilsmirk would be things other then problems such as events, giving choices for upcoming events. Could be for items given or theme, events or missions and such that could go along with it, pvp pve or both, main enemies or planets wed focus on. Weapons that may or play styles that could be implemented through bounties or heroic buffs. Such as assault rifles kills earn more super faster. Hunter golden gun gets 1 extra shot and extended time for each double kill. Titan shoulder bash sends shockwave if it kills enemy. Warlock supers have more area of effect things of that nature. Edit 2: The ability to vote for the next Bungie Vs event. More events to fight Bungie maybe add scores and timers to single player that reset each week. Edit 3: Be sure to tell your friends to bring awareness to this topic and share the page, the more people who are aware the more likely Bungie may consider it and the more suggestions we can get for improving or adding to the idea.
