I know I'm not the first to question the games economy and the many types of currency that appear to have no relation to each other, so why not make it so they all work towards the same goal. Now obviously strange coins are the hardest currency to come by and they have the greatest value, so why not have 1 strange coin equal to a denomination of each of the other currencies? For example 1 strange coin=5 motes of light 1 strange coin=50 vanguard/crucible marks 1 strange coin=20k glimmer And the exchange can work both ways, each vendor in the game would obviously have the option to exchange currencies and it would give us something to do with the excess of glimmer and for those of us that don't play the crucible we would have a chance to get access to crucible marks to purchase gear and weapons from the other vendors.
