So I've seen some people that say obtaining Ascendant Shards is a difficult task. So I've thought of an idea that could possibly help! [u]Ascendant Fragments[/u] Every time you dismantle a Rare (blue) item there is a 50% chance to obtain an [b]Ascendant Fragment[/b]. You need 10 fragments in order to combine them into either a shard or energy (depending on what you've been dismantling). I feel that this could benefit those that aren't blessed by RNGesus with Legendaries, those who aren't skilled enough to get the best gear, or those that simply don't have the time to farm shards. Obviously the % chance can change if it becomes too easy to get shards. What do you all think?
