I apologize for my actions.

Over the past few days I undertook the Thorn bounty. This means I was required to get 500 void kills in the Crucible. To my opponents - I am sorry. I was forced to use the weapon type I detest most as it was the easiest way to accumulate void kills. I zapped many guardians and watched them float away into oblivion. If it is any consolation my mind is scarred from the grind and the sight of hundreds of bodies evaporating into dust. I find fusion rifles to be annoying, often unfair, and cheap. I am sorry I used them against you, I hate being on the receiving end of these poorly designed long-range shotguns. To my teammates - I am sorry. My quest to attain 500 void kills put me difficult situations where I ignored the goal of the match or any semblance of normal tactics just to appease the void monster. I was not a team player, I spent most of my time only using my fusion rifle. Heavy ammo drops? Nope. Supers? Rarely. Green ammo refills? I lost count... I am now burnt out on crucible. My recent free time after work was spent grinding out one of the most nonsensical bounties in the game. To be honest, I'm not sure why I even bothered since Thorn is probably the worst exotic hand cannon out there... Bungie, why the hell are we grinding VOID KILLS for a weapon that doesn't even do VOID DAMAGE?! Thorn is a hand cannon, wouldn't it make sense to grind out headshots with the same weapon type? Fix Thorn and make it more competitive so players feel that they spent their time wisely OR fix this insane bounty so players don't leave the experience with a thorn in their side.
