Last night, after watching the video I've linked, I had a thought about how future content might go down and figured I'd share those thoughts. What if the next couple DLCs are just missions, strikes, and a raid with some new gear and we don't see any actual substance? Mercury, Saturn, Jupiter, and The Reef are all things you've seen glimpses of if you were following the game over the past while. If you were, you'd also remember seeing what we now know as the Reef in both first and 3rd person, meaning it will play a roll much like the Tower. Well, if new planets are released, they couldn't viably mix the exclusive content bounties with the current ones in the Tower. I'll probably be a package deal. That being said, every year Activision releases a new COD and millions rush out to lay down $60+. Why not an annual "full" Destiny expansion. What I'm thinking is, every year they're gonna release the same small amount of content as a full game( 4 locations with a new hub) and want $60 while adding 2 little packs of tid bits as Dcl in between. We're not gonna see those planets that were deceptively in the Grimoire in the beta till next fall...AND we're gonna have to pony another $60 for it...I don't friggin think so. I'm already upset at the lack of content. I won't do it again. At this point, I'd put money on it going down that way. If it is, it'll be doomed. At it's core, Destiny is a blast. It's something that could last 10 years if there was more to it but at a little over a month, I'm out. I can't keep doing the same thing over and over again anymore. It's a shame but I think I'm just gonna delete the game off my system and move on.
