I should be the new kell of the house of winter.
So I don't understand how the queen has fallen following her after defeating the kell from the house of wolves but we don't. During the story mode we defeat draksis is the kell of the house of winter yet we don't have any fallen loyal to us. What else is there to this part of the story? Anyone have any idea?

I wondered the exact same thing when i killed the house of winters kell, i want an army of fallen at my disposal.

2 RepliesI think it says in a grimoire card somewhere that her army was surrounding the fallen and they where forced to surrender or be destroyed. Makes sense, them being pirates wanted to live so they joined.

You are thinking WAY too much about this. Destiny doesn't actually have a story. It's just a collection (3) of extremely short stories that have no consistency whatsoever.
