One of the search results should be "Destiny Collector's Edition Content Pack." This used to say "Unavailable," but now there's an install button. I loaded up the game after installing and my spaceship was immediately visible after selecting my character and a quick check of my inventory revealed that my ghost shells and emblems can also be used.
