I am a level 24 titan with a overall defense of 988 (or somewhere in that range). But I am noticing newbies like level 8's are one shot killing me and other high level guardians in the crucible. Not even at close range either. We tested that they can one shot kill someone longer than the range of most shotguns. I think low damage fusion rifles should not ne capable of this. Especially when there attack is not even half of my defense.
