[Khvostov Protest Movement]
I know I am not the only one who's tired of nerfs and rebalancing based solely upon PvP tears. So I propose we bring forth the Khvostov starter rifle to the Crucible.
You cannot nerf what was born nerfed. We use these ancient rifles to cause more PvP tears, as a means to tell Bungie to keep PvP balancing [i]in PvP only[/i].

Then it is settled: The ancient weapon from...ehh...Space Russia(?) shall be the mascot of our animosity towards Crucible whiners. ARM YOURSELVES, BRETHREN! Let Bungie know that PvP and PvE are separate entities, by using the lowest-grade PvE weapon to decimate and sodomize your opponents in PvP. You cannot apply changes to one that contaminate the other.
