Vault of Glass Messing Up
I just finished playing through the vault of glass, completed it and it showed all the rewards down at the bottom of the screen but whenever I try to go into my inventory to see the items they are no where to be found

The rewards that are listed at the bottom of the screen at the end of an activity are items received by team mates. items you receive will appear with an image on the upper right of the screen.
