Fix what's wrong; Not what's right.
I never rant or voice opinions based on what is happening in games, but I feel like ranting one thing. Bungie, why do you feel the need to make changes to weapons and changes to boss fights? Fair enough the Atheon glitch needed to be fixed, but random spawn points? Not even the random spawn points would annoy me, the vault requires people to have immaculate team coordination which is going to be a huge challenge, but why don't you fix the game? Why don't you fix the teleporters? Or the shield? Or the server lag? The amount of times we have faced Atheon and something has glitched out is getting to the point of supidity.
You don't fix the glitches with the shield (we still get hit inside the shield). You don't fix the teleporters (going through and coming out the other side to find yourself in the same place as you were). You don't fix the servers where we shoot and we don't get any hit markers, nothing dies yet they can still shoot us. It happens to all of us. No matter who the fireteam leader is. You're focusing so much on making the game harder because you underestimated the gaming community, that now to try and keep people hooked on Destiny you make things next-to-impossible to do with nerfed guns! Why don't you focus on fixing the game rather than trying to make it harder for everyone. More people are likely to play a game they can get through rather than a game they can't. The amount of people who have told me they aren't even going to bother with Destiny anymore when GTA 5 comes out for the next Gen consoles is extremely high. Bungie, I'm going to quote a friend of mine on what he said, why don't you show us how its done and put up a video of you going through the entire vault on hard with these random players going through with all these problems the game has right now without glitching Atheon off the edge. You wanna keep us playing Destiny Bungie? Fix what's wrong, not what's right. Rant over lol.

Fix me disconnecting! I can't even go to the tower without disconnecting from the destiny servers. Its so annoying when I can't do strikes or raids without lagging out every 3 seconds!

Couldn't agree more. Both raid bosses are so glitchy, ppl I play with can't beat crota or atheon without spending hours and hours trying and even then sometimes we just give. My biggest problem is with the sword bearer running off when we're doing crota on hard. Crota is hard enough without the sword bearer running off.

Since the last update I get booted daily more than twice and have reset my xbox one just to get back on xbox live and since 1.1.1 I can't play more than 30 minutes. Depressing and aggrivating. I like playing this game but I can't deal with all the problems.

1 ReplyBump all of that. I am not a hater of this game - quite the contrary. I actually love playing. I just don't love the glitches and I certainly don't love doing NF and only getting energy. My friend did Crota and got 3 shards! Shards, are you kidding me? She and her team were in there 3 hours with all the glitches and they all got 3 shards. This is just completely unfair. Gamers do raids and such with the idea that if they complete a difficult venture - they will be rewarded appropriately. This is most certainly an unfair system Bungie has developed. It can NOT succeed in keeping players playing long term. I still have much to play for as I am only 31, 31 and 30 with my characters. I haven't done anything yet - but once I have - what is there to do? Bounties? For what? If I don't have weapons or armor drop that I can upgrade - why do I need to do them? For an Eris shader? Ha! Why do Weekly Heroics if coins mean nothing to most of us? NLB again!!! Thanks for the heavy this week though but since it isn't an every week thing - it is just a tiny little carrot put before our horse faces to keep us pulling the wagon. But for how long Bungie? Coins that collect dust, Ascendant material that is almost worthless and lots of stupid glitches not only on raids but on strikes too. Okay - the game is still less than a year old but still you should have had these server problems done with already. No story line to play like we have something to fight for. It took a player to make a seriously compelling story about the Moon and Crota on his PC with Windows Movie Maker or whatever it was. Home brew story and it looks as good as anything Bungie could have made and which they were obviously not capable of making with their $500 million dollar budget, lol. And you advertise it? You should have just hired him on the spot and inserted his work somehow and called it a day without advertising how inept you really all are. Deej, please - you are advertising yourself to be totally useless. Maybe the 15 year olds out there can be impressed with your semi weekly blurbs but a grown person like myself finds you to be just a useless puppet of a corporate greed machine. Stop pretending since the whole gaming community already knows you and Bungie/Activision for what you all are. Greedy skunks. You fix unbroken things like nerfing guns to appease a few children that live in PvP while the bulk of your players can't do Raids without glitches and when they finally finish they get shafted. It is sickening. It won't stop me from playing yet but the writing is on the wall - GTA V is calling to me along with Batman. I am a one game kind of guy (same with ladies) - but this one game is a chore not much of a pleasure. The only pleasure I really get is in helping other players like I did last night by getting a friend from 19 to 22 and teaching her some of the ropes. I guess as long as this forum community still lives I will be able to find people to help - but I am becoming a bit bored with the repetitive stuff. Deej - if you read this - please don't let this committed player quit.

They won't fix stuff that people desire until gameplay numbers drop extremely low. I know quite a lot of people boycotting this game until the major issues are fixed.

4 RepliesBump. I believe this could still be a great game. If ... Bungie would just understand that people are not as stupid as they think we are. If they would read what we the community are saying. It's quite simple really, we want the choice. We want to chose how to play destiny. We want to be able to mod everything. From our characters to our shaders and from our space ships to our sparrows. We want Bungie to focus on fixing what is wrong with Destiny. (If they not sure well then maybe they should actually read our posts) It's actually quite simple. BUNGIE do your bloody jobs. Oh and Deej, stop talking out your butt and address the issues of your community.

The portal glitch only happens when to 2 or ppl try to enter portal at once. And the heavy glitch should be fixed except that if u die u lose heavy which should be great so player don't die as much.
