Post master stuck item
I unlocked a special item, emblem I think it was. I went straight to the special item place and collected it. However, now I have the message stuck at the post master and no way of getting rid of it.
Due to this I have no way of knowing of if I actually have a message as it always says I have.
How do I get rid of it?

This was a while ago but i dismantled the emblem and kept collecting it from the postmaster. and it was still avaliable with tess.

2 RepliesThank you for reporting this. Let me see if I have the right info before I pass this on to the team. 1. You unlocked an emblem (lone focus, jagged edge). How did you unlock it? 2. You picked up the item at the Special Order vendor. 3. You then went to the Postmaster (as you had a notification to do) and cannot pick up the item. Is there anything in the Postmasters menu or is it empty? Thanks

1 ReplyTo clarify this, it is a special order emblem called "lone focus, jagged edge" that is stuck in my postmaster items

1 ReplyIt may be a glitch, unless your emblem menu is full. If that is the case, simply put some in the vault and try to clear it again. It may also be that there was a sequence needing to take place. Postmaster first then Special Orders and the system is in error. You may also try logging out and then back in if you have not already done so.
