Storm Fist question
Question: does storm fist really, actually do much without additional modifiers (transfusion, amplify, etc). I've noticed almost no difference in damage between a storm fist hit and a regular melee attack. Could this be a bug?

No its supposed to, IF you have your melee available and not on cooldown
