I joined New Monarchy because the gear had perks I was going for with my class but after reaching rank 2 and learning more about the currency,I noticed that the crucible quartermaster or whatever he is has very simliar gear for vangaurd marks and the faction vendor requires crucible marks which seem more difficult to get.(To me) So whats the point ? Preference for emblems and other stuff ? Is the faction stuff geared more towards PvP ? The strikes and other activities tell you the amount of vangaurd marks youll recieve but when I look at crucible it just says "Crucible marks" Not how many though. Was the faction thing a complete waste of time or what ?
