*ATT* Bungie You Have Destroyed Our Reason To Hard Raid! MSG From Hard-Core Raiders!

Simply put, My team has "completed" the Hard Raid 3 times now (not to mention the amount of times we have played it for us and others!) and not until Sunday night I finally got the Vex "pre-patch" Mythoclast and boy the grind , hours, drinks, chips, arguments were all completely worth it. This gun actually felt like a gun I had to work my ass off for, it felt like a Hard Raid reward, and not to mention it's a random roll at the end of the raid anyway's so your never guaranteed to receive it. Now because this gun is OP in PVP you go and nerf it "GAME WIDE" WTF, you have taken our sole purpose of doing the hard raid and shoved it up us "hard-core raiders" ass's. If the gun was OP in PVP then nerf the F@ck%ng thing in PVP don't punish the PVE side of things because of the sooky people getting owned in PVP by the BEST and HARDEST gun in the game, mostly because they can't get a good enough team together to complete the raid themselves, I feel this is just a load of crap. Surely when you created this monster of a gun you knew it would OP all others in PVP and have put a nerf in PVP right from the start, but no you do it now once many of us tasted the fruitfullness of it's power in PVE. I have put this gun to rest now since the patch and only use my "Last Word" in PVE as this gun has become useless and eats bullets. Bungie I ask you to put the enjoyment of melting our foes in PVE back in the game we love, our enemies should kneel down and beg when they see a guardian with a Vex Mytho in hand. [b]Nerf the VEX in PVP[/b] [b]Put it back to original specs in PVE[/b] This is all I ask. P.S Us hard core raiders strived to get this weapon and for those that got it pre-patch were over the moon and felt like all the grind was 100% worth it, but now with this gun being no better than my Last Word WHY THE HELL would we want to grind for hours in the hard raid for it? Silly decision making Bungie. [b]Edit:1[/b] to the PVP players commenting please don't hijack this thread, I agree with you this gun was OP in PVP but we should not be punished in PVE because of it, the majority of people that play this game play it for the PVE aspect and we don't want to have to go through the most grinding raid to get a "lotto" exotic at the end for it only to be nerfed and made weaker than a hand cannon. This thread has absolutely nothing to do with [b]PvP[/b] [b]Edit:2[/b] Thanks for all the comments guys, I just want to re-cap on one single idea that has been covered before but would fix the issue instantly. All guns that you acquire via the raid "element damage weapons" and are [b]NOT[/b] legendary should have been put into there own category "Elemental" or "Mythical" and coloured Red or the OP colour Dark Orange then just simply ban this category from the crucible. Job done. [b][u]Elemental or Mythics[/u][/b] - Vex Mythoclast ( cannot be used in crucible ) - The Necrochasm ( cannot be used in crucible ) [b][u]Exotics[/u][/b] The Last Word Ice Breaker Pocket Infinity etc etc etc etc etc etc

  • Would like to say a huge thankyou to all that like and posted there thoughts on this topic, it seem that Bungie do listen to there gaming community and have change the Hard Raid reward (Vex Mythoclast) for the PVE side of things, this is great news!!
