Permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay have changed?

After hours of issue-free online gaming in Destiny for PS4, I have lost connection to the Destiny servers. I've attached a link to the screen it is giving me, but it says, "ATTENTION You have lost connection to Destiny servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere. For more information, visit help.bungie.net" I haven't changed any settings from when I was playing online earlier, and haven't logged in anywhere else. Any idea what is causing this or how to fix it?

  • This problem just happened to me about three hours ago, I can see my level 23 warlock is there but every time I try to log in I get the same message. I cannot even create a new character. So thanks Bungie for wasting my time and money.
