This would be done probably in a later expansion, but clans should be able to create their own personalized place. The clan leader could create a clan base on a flat surface with a surrounding background to show what planet the base is in such as Earth, Mars, Moon, or Venus. The location could determine the initial price the place would be. Bungie already has experience with creation and editing like forge mode from Halo. This could work very much alike forge mode as the budget could be the amount of glimmer you have. You could also unlock blueprints of legendary or rare placement items like lights, fountains, flags, couches, or tables from engrams, but you would still have to buy the item with glimmer. This would give a greater purpose to glimmer and clans. Clan leaders could also make dorms for individuals and somehow give them permission to edit there little area. An example of a clan hide out could be, a meeting room with an outside leading to a place with dorms of guardians and a ship dock. The clan leader would put cool things in that place using more glimmer and blueprints. This could lead into a clan banking system were clan members could support the clan by investing glimmer to the clan vault that the base could be really aesthetic.
