Assuming you have some level of skill this one simple trick will help you own in PvP...
BUILD YOUR GUARDIAN SUBCLASS FOR THE HIGHEST AGILITY POSSIBLE.
Try it before you judge it. This one change has my K/D staying higher than ever. Got 300 points for my thorn bounty in four matches after this switch.
