I recently got two rifles from engrams: vanguard's scout "A.1F19X-RYL", targets precision-killed explode, and crucible's "Fair and Square", with which radar stays active always. Right now pulse rifle feels better with its very low recoil, but I wonder what would be better if both of them were fully upgraded and scout one had its explosive perk. What's your opinion on this two rifles and scout VS pulse in general (considering exotic ones)? Generally for pve, but pvp thoughts are welcomed as well.
