Stop nerfing start fixing
Enough with the nerfs already. Fix what's broke already. How about lets start with in game volume controls. The sound of the guns and music drowning out my fireteam defeats the purpose of the minimal social aspect we have.
Fix the broken guns in the game like bad juju and thorn. Exotics in general are close to being barely worth the effort. With some of the bounties required to acquire them.
Vault of glass still has bugs all in it should be called vault of glitches fix the bugs already its the only damn raid option we have so at least make it right.
The events need a new spin on them anything to make them worthwhile. Queen event was just sad in general with uninspired rewards and recycled content. Iron banner wasn't much better.
Weapon bounties to solve the disdain over some peoples rage over the PvP aspects to complete some. Modify the bounties to give them a alternative PvE option where the individual can choose which option they want to complete it PvE or PvP.
Quit pandering to the nerf herders. Step back think about the ramifications of the nerf before you do it. Sometimes a creative solution can be found without resorting to a knee-jerk reaction and the backlash it entails. You lure more bees with honey then you do poop.
At the moment I hold out hope this game can achieve the glory and scope that all the hype and press releases tried to make it to be. But they need to right the ship before they run it into the iceberg they are creating in its path

2 RepliesAgreed. Please nerf "overpowered weapon" complaints. I really appreciate the general assault/scout rifle tweaks, but dumbing down specific exotics bums me out so bad. In a loot based game some of the most prized possessions are being dumbed down. What does imply about the future of destiny. Really, so these are the best guns to exist? Why not put even [b]more[/b] powerful guns. Even [b]more[/b] bonkers armor. Take it to the next level. Keep us guessing what's coming next. Let us arrive at the tower to find it in ruins and overrun with vex. Push the envelope. Try balancing a Titan overshield that ricochets 2 of 3 elemental types. A warlock that can possess enemy players with a sticky frag. Whatever. Go nuts. If anything, those sort of crazy changes should be special events instead of new faction bounties. Small doses to test to ice. Do it. I know you want to.

Yes! I'm so sick of whiners wanting to nerf everything and shut down all the quick spawns. Why does anyone care how others play? They need to get over themselves or play a different game.

Does the Mythoclast nerf mean we will not see anymore overpowered weapons in the future? Because if that is the case. I am quitting the game. What is the point to continue playing if you don't get anything good for your efforts?

1 ReplyYeah, for sure. In addition to the raid being buggy as all hell (I can confirm this), I once went through an entire raid, killing every boss and opening every chest, and got only ascendant energy (minus the spirit bloom chest). What is that crap?

1 ReplyMy friends and I have been having the same complaint. The game is honestly becoming unplayable in my opinion. Loot drops suck, exotic weapons aren't worth their weight and the effort to get them anymore, we can't even play the way we want to because apparently we can find things they never thought of. Nerfing needs to stop ASAP and fixing needs to start. You're breaking a game that didn't need to be broken. So what if the Vex did a bunch of damage in numbers. Its an exotic, of which people can only equip one of at a time, same with the armor. Its ridiculous and as of right now I'm not suggesting this game to anyone. Not until bungie actually starts to listen to us.

You can tell that they are having problems figuring out what to do, because according to this latest update they are planning on reversing the nerf to the vex mytho, to an extent - I'm expecting an up and down kind of pattern here, endless buffing and nerfing. Sounds like fan feedback is getting through as deej sounded more reserved during this post. As others have posted, still not very impressed with the amount of content, and not overly pleased with the amount of content offered for the dlc. When the developer of the game doesn't have any weapon values or loot areas consistent, it looks bad, poor leadership and decision making, and frustrates the player base as things change relatively regularly. Don't like being told how to play the game, since this game was supposed to be about exploration and puzzle solving.

What about the broken Netcode? Barely nobody talks about the netcode... It's a complete crap and everybody is whinning about Thorn... It's a nonsense.
