Considering all the other Supers can easily kill about 3 guys, including the Titan's bubble shield since their practically invincible in their. I think the [b]melee ability should regenerate instantly or very quickly when Radiance is active[/b] since that's the only other offensive attack besides the normal grenades. Considering you don't even get extra defense with the revive ability active, it feels severely underpowered in PvP. It also takes so long to activate, you're usually killed before you can even move.
