Here is a full list of glitched dead ghosts (never have shown up) and Grimoire cards on my game after going through a full guide of all dead ghost locations and playing through every part of the game. Guardian -> Subclasses -> Guardian Abilities (not Ghost Fragment: Guardian Abilities) Guardian -> Economy -> Motes of Light Inventory -> Primary Weapons -> Ghost Fragment: The Last Word Allies -> Legends & Mysteries -> Ghost Fragment: Legends 2 Enemies -> Vex Arsenal -> Slap Grenade Places -> Mercury -> Mercury (not Ghost Fragment: Mercury) Places -> Venus -> Vault of Glass Places -> The City -> Ghost Fragment: The Golden Age 2 Places -> Moon -> Moon (not Ghost Fragment: Moon) Places -> Mars -> Mars (not Ghost Gragment: Mars) I believe the three Ghost Fragment ones correspond to the one in Earth -> Forgotten Shore -> Top rear of the tilty rusted boat, Earth -> Forgotten Shore -> By the stairs on the bottom floor of the structure at the end of the map, and Mars -> Buried City -> Ghost on top of the TV in the dark flashlight room. These three have never showed up for me to pick up. All the other missing Grimoire, I have no clue how to get them at this point. Why wouldn't I have the "Vault of Glass" card after completing it? Spent days and days on the Moon and Mars and no card? But I got the Earth card nice and easy for playing on Earth? The accounting for PS4 exclusives also needs to be fixed on the Grimoire page here. For example, under Activities -> Crucible Arenas, I have all available cards (does not display a blank "Card not yet acquired" placeholder), but says 10 of 11 cards. This is due to Exodus Blue being unavailable on my platform. Until it is, it should either read 10 of 10, or 10 of 11 with a blank placeholder card so as to avoid confusion. Yes, some people do care about the Grimoire feature. It's basically all there is of the story aspect of the game, and I'd like it to actually be possible to unlock it all. Please prioritize fixing this before spending more time further restricting PvE environments. - A fan.
