Divison7 is a safe haven clan, meaning that this clan is not about being the best or being better then eachother. We work as a team and as friends. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Divison7 rules and expectations: 1.)Respect:You are expected to treat every member as the way you would want to be treated. We have a zero tolerance policy for making fun of or trying to make others feel like they are not as good as you. We are all equally skilled and learn at different speeds. 2.)Raids:Members will be trained to follow orders to be able to be assigned to a raid team, so don't complain if your not raiding with the clan. We want to make sure your set and ready. Gear is one thing, following instructions and knowing how to own up to your own mistakes is another. 3.)Disrespecting officers and peacekeepers:Personally I have a 0 tolerance policy for this but my officers will bring up any issues that members are trying to start with them. Officers and peacekeepers are here to keep order in the clan. If you disrespect them at all you will receive a warning to fix you attitude. We don't want to kick you but disrespecting those who earned their ranks is not tolerated, vise versa. No officer should be disrespectful to members. 4.)First come first serve:If you are offered a position in a crucible team or raid team and turn it down then later you choose to come back but the spots filled do not complain. We gave you a chance, you turned it down, someone took it, they benefit, you don't. Just remember that if you are wanting to raid but aren't assigned to a raid team
