Everyone's complaining, I'm just playing.

Hey there guys. I bet a lot of you, like me, came to destiny through Halo. I played Halo 2 at my cousin's when I didn't own an Xbox myself, got the 360 solely for Halo 3, played Reach until Halo 4 released, then played that until none of my friends would play it with me any more. Destiny has been about as good to me as Halo 3 was back when I was 15-16. So far I have 2 geared characters, a Hunter and a Warlock. Feel free to inspect my profile and check out my builds and whatnot, I guarantee they are far from the best. The PvP arena is a little lacking, not in gameplay, in playlist variety. However I love Control, and solo in Rumble. Each game is an enjoyable challenge where I try my best to be the best I can be. This includes using the weapons I think are cool, the style of build I enjoy to use, and the stat's bonuses I prefer. However, I have never encountered a battle where my loss wasn't my own fault. My performance is my responsibility. (But then again I never fought anyone with the Vex rifle). From what I can tell the PvE is difficult, but perfectly doable. I do the Heroic dungeons and dailies. But Nightfall and VoG have remained out of my grasp. So thus ends my knowledge about PvE. Now that we know about me, here are my opinions. - You gotta play the game to get the loot. Games like this take time and commitment. - Just because YOUR gun got a nerf, doesn't make it useless OR a bad move on Bungie's part. - When you die in PvP, there was probably something you could have done about it, or the other player simply out played you in that instance. Also luck factor. - Shotguns are the inverse of Snipers. Death machines with a 3-5 foot cone VS Precision Destroyers where even the lvl 1 white weapons can 1 shot. Get over yourselves, they're fine. - Auto rifles are not meant to be precision weapons, that's what Scout rifles are for. Auto = Bodyshot, Scout = Headshot. And lastly: Your gear stats are not the sum of your skill, however: if you need an amazing gun to be good, that probably reflects your general skill. Games like Halo 2 and 3 had standardized loadouts where every player was equal and skill made up the rest. You can be sh*t with amazing weapons, and amazing with sh*t weapons. If you're good enough, the weapon stats will matter less in the big picture. PS: F*ck the fusion rifles, those things are broken as sh*t.

Now that bungie has made destiny i am loving the hell out of this game and i plan to keep on loving it.
