Bungie, you're full of it.

I'm sick of getting kicked back to orbit When I'm at the very end of a nightfall run or getting ready to get my bounty for my 3rd public event or...........etc. But what I'm even more sick of is your BS excuses for why it happens. My son sent an email about it and got a reply that it's our internet. WOW! are you just passing the buck. For those of you that get the same response here's what their trying to tell me; That my modem/router that was set up by a Microsoft I.T. employee for the sole purpose of gaming, my system that is port forwarded, static IP, independent IP, constant open network address translator (NAT), download of 92-104, upload of 9-12, and direct wired is faulty. If this is the case then why do I not ever have any problems with any of the other online games that I often play? I never lag (Unless someone is switching), never get kicked etc. etc. except from Destiny. FIX THE PROBLEM. A lot of people spend a lot of money with you so stop making excuses and get it taken care of.

  • Sorry you are having a bad experience. We are working very hard at improving the ability for all players to connect to and play Destiny, and have made great strides in doing just that. What error are you seeing when you get disconnected? Thanks for putting in the work to make sure your network isn't the problem. We are putting in a lot of work to make sure that we are doing what we can on our side to address issues.

      • I've been getting centipedes and nightingales at the startup. If I can get to past startup, I get currant when I try to join any place and am KTO. I have been playing perfectly fine but ever since the start of the weekend it can't even play the game.

        • I was unable to connect and play in over a week and a half. Since the last update Centipede gives me the error. And no, IT IS NOT MY CONNECTION. Instead of prioritizing problems connecting with thousands of players you launch a hotfix for the weapons. It's a joke? You're laughing at us!!! All you have done is to sell an EXPENSIVE AND USELESS PLASTIC BOX. Thank you.

          got the same problem fowarded my port even try on dmz mode still getting back to orbit for a 70$ game plus x-box live it sucks.As for the allert i got the full noahs ark.Bee Lion ect.

            Aside all of these issues the reward system on the pvp (crucible) is FU**ED I go on a 34 killing spree with my lvl 28 warlock and what do I get NOTHING theN the person on the bottom of the leader table gets legendary gun that BS I work my a$$ off and I don't get anything what happened to getting reward for a hard faught effort?

                • Why is it that when a company gets big it forgets the people that put it there? The heart and soul of your success are us the players and you are forgetting this. The fact that when someone has an issue you can't even give us a reply from a real person says alot about your attitude towards us. I have sent you 4 emails about the same issue and not once did I get a reply that I would call useful just generic emails about stuff not even remotely relevant to my problem. This is unacceptable if you don't address this soon you will start losing players. I do hope someone reads this and takes heed, I love this game just hate the feeling of been ignored. Please, please do something about this.

                  • I agree 100%, the fact that I have not broken one of my remotes is a miracle. I have had login and connection problems since day one, it's been longer than a month now and still Bungie are not able to address this problem, it's actually pathetic. Every night I get home and want to relax and play the game I play for ten minutes and then the connection sh#t starts #bee #cattle and most of all #centipede. And every time they make promises about fixes that will sort out this problem but it never does. And since I dont live in America or Europe I am probably just being ignored because would they worry about the minority. I will NEVER purchase anything from Bungie ever again. Why create an always online game if your servers can't handle the traffic? Anyways fix it, it has been more than a month now, stop wasting your time on fixing loot cave and fix the clearly bigger problem, people that paid a lot of money and are not able to play your game because of your servers!

                    Completely agree with you. I have worked in the IT sector for 15 years now, so i know when to look at my hardware and when not to. And this excuse Bungie is giving to players that its their hardware is pathetic. As of yesterday i am unable to go to the tower because its a constant beaver error. When doing missions its tends to go ok, but often enough leopard code. When in a group and they go to the tower its Quail. Xbox one is on Open NAT. I guess you can afford ignoring the biggest problem in this game. Considering everybody paid for their game anyway, and there is no monthly fee. Keep this up and by the end of the year not many will be left, because i seriously doubt this is a isolated case between a few players.

                  • I honestly haven't progressed at all in the last few weeks. But I think I'm moving on anyways. I defended the game in the opening weeks, but I feel I can see through what their idea of "updated content" really is. Just recycled material you've already played with a different name. Not worth my time. Once I hit level 20 and realized I'd seen all the content I was going to see (except raids which I'll never get to try because I'll never reach that level :/ ), unless I played over the same levels again and again. Despite that, but whenever I do sit down to play I get about a half hour in before getting kicked. I'm already sick of having to play the same content over and over as is, but even worse I don't get experience or complete any bounties because I just get booted. Really there's nothing in this game for me at this point. I don't want to grind, I don't want to play to same levels over and over, maybe the odd match of PVP but its so mindless I might as well just play a good PVP shooter like BF. Disappointed to say the least.

                    • I win a lot of crucibles games and I never recive anyting awesome wen the worstes players recive it, only clouth for the trash for me, fix this and give me someting. and fix this page, I already select a category but the page dont let me post nothing.                       • If they are sure it was a connection issue, it could be something related to your console. (for example the DDOS attacks on PSN) Other than that, they should only be recommending you check your connection and not actually stating it is faulty.

                      • A buddy told me due to the huge amount of connection problems players are having with Destiny many not even able to play the game at all. Microsoft is aparently refunding people who bought digital. It may only be for a limited time and you get a full refund and buy a used disk copy if you want. At least that way you can return it later if they fail to fix the game. Help spread the word so everyone knows.
