Improvements/Suggestions

Hi Bungie, Thanks for a great game. Here is a list of things I think could be very beneficial to the end game in Destiny: - More high level content such as a level 28 strike playlist. - Make the Gunsmith relevant post level 20 by letting him sell level 20 rares and maybe even the occasional legendary weapon (even if it costs the full 25000 glimmer). - Make the Cyptarch relevant post level 20 by letting him sell rare engrams and maybe even the occasional legendary engram. - Get rid of pseudo legendary items that do not dismantle into Ascendant Materials. These items cause problems because you have to spend Ascendant Materials on upgrading them but you then get nothing back if you ever decide to dismantle them. This makes them feel fake and unexciting. - Improve events. Following on from the previous point, events should be a way for players to get new and exciting items. It would be better if the items that were earned from events were harder to get but felt more valuable. Iron Banner for example could be an alternative way for players to get armour pieces with 30 light on them. Each rank with an event vendor should significantly increase the value of the items available. Possible tiers could be - Rank 1, emblems and shaders. Rank 2, rare gear. Rank 3, true legendary gear. Rank 4, high level legendary armour. This is just a few things that I think would make a big difference, keep up the good work, I'm looking forward to the next update!

  • - More high level content could also include a daily heroic strike and a daily nightfall story. - Make Salvage a regular game mode in the Crucible. It is a shame that such a great mode is unplayable most of the time. - More Crucible game modes would be very welcome. Top picks would be King of the Hill and Capture The Flag! - Private lobbies in the Crucible.

    ⊙ Bank gives access to all three guardians inventories on the account. It's frustrating logging in/out to swap items. ⊙ 'Outfits' similar to shaders but they change the appearance of your armour. Every level 30 is going to look identical otherwise. - The option would still be in place to have armours befault appearance just like shaders. ⊙ The ability to hotbar subclasses and weapon loadouts to the d-pad. It takes too long to enter menu to change them mid-mission/battle. - D-pad'UP' would change class instead of waving. As not to lose the wave functionality though instead of pressing D-pad'UP' a hold function was put in place that registered whether the D-pad had been pressed or held. A 2 second D-pad'UP hold would therefore result in waving instead of changing class. - Also D-pad "Left'Righ'Down' could be designated to certain desirable weapon loadouts. - D-pad'Left' = Scout,Sniper,R.launcher. - D-pad'Down' = Pistol,Fusion,Machine. Just a few quick ideas. I'll think more up I'm sure.
