Hey where is the balance Bungie

So titians have [b]Disintegrate[/b], a melee ability that creates a shield known as [b]Force Barrier[/b] if you can kill your target. In PvP that's 2 hits and all modifiers just improve in that ability. The imbalance is with the warlocks [b]Flame Shield[/b] A modifier to the melee skill [b]Scorch[/b] which burns any enemy it damages Flame Shield is also activated with simple applying damage. Both shields seem to have the same level defense buff but Flame shield is much easier to activate and is pairs with burning your target. So should a Titian and warlock find them selfs facing off in close rang with empty guns it is without a doubt the warlock will win. Where is the balance with that? If PvP is meant to be balanced and the classes meant to equal out with each other why is this so one sided. A titian player would need to pull off something amazing or warlock be unaware for a titian to have a chance. So why not have force barrier activated with simple damaging an enemy so that way things are little even. Seeing as Disintegrate is the only melee that doesn't activate in the first hit reveals that u wanted the titians to have a hard time with this but for some reason it was ok to have warlock get a shield without any effort.
