Want to understand the Story better?
I found that by watching the cut scenes in movie edited form, it helped me understand the missions and story for what it was :)
Now, we can all agree that the story was lacking. Almost everyone and their mother is posting in this forum about it. Guys, I think Bungie gets the hint!
The only thing we can do now is decide to continue to support the game or give it up. Those who give it up, do it, stop crying and leave Bungie alone. All the negative forums are saying the same thing and Im sure Bungie knows how some gamers feel.
Once I watched the cut scenes, I'm actually looking forward to what Bungie has for us in the upcoming DLC and hope they improve on the way the story is presented. It is what it is. Get over it.

this game could have been tremendous...instead it's just blah....i keep thinking about the original vision of destiny and all that could have been. that game could have become legend....instead we get this watered down version that while playing when my GF says "honey i need you to help with blah blah blah" i have not problem dropping the controler. i was really looking for a reason to break up with her and the original vision of destiny was the basket i put all those eggs into. don't get me wrong for some reason i don't understand i keep playing it over and over agian at the same time thinking "wow this is really boring" or "what is the story/reason behind this particular event i'm doing". remember grape drink and grape juice look the same and sometimes taste the same but they are not the same formula. right now destiny is grape drink and the original vision is the grape juice i salavate for.
