After 20002 kills and 3d 0h 1m of playtime (over a span of about 2 and a half weeks), I was finally lucky enough to get my first ever exotic by completing my first ever nightfall with random players added from this forum last night. The Ice Breaker. The one and only exotic that I really wanted, and now it's finally in my hands. That was the most exhilarating experience on Destiny to date. Even my partners were excited and happy for me. My new companions and I proceeded to pop some bottles at the Tower in celebration of this amazing feat. We were so overwhelmed with joy that we even let the Cryptarc party with us. Anyways, I am one step closer to my destiny of becoming Legend. I look forward to spending many more hours trying to discover new exotics and completing the VoG. Disclaimer: There will be empathizers, and there will be haters. This post was just meant to share my experience. Figured it would be worth posting to add to the mix on these forums, considering that 90% of the topics are comprised of nerf and complaint posts. P.S. That 90% statistic was made up. Also, if anybody needs help with queens wrath or daily heroics, you are welcome to add me and I will gladly help.
