I understand they [i]may[/i] be working hard on this and for that I am grateful. I only use the term [i]may[/i] because the last update I saw was on 9/27.
[i]Since being active in these forums, I've noticed one thing: Bungie was not ready for an MMO. Not even 10 days ago I was ranting and raving about how amazing this game was. After all of these issues (and their reaction to them), I've really been left with a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they learn from this and fix their "customer service" system. [/i]

It may feel that you are a minority, but in fact you and others facing different issues are on our minds every day. I'm very sorry about the trouble faced with the different errors.
