Do armor perks stack or should I go for a variety
So I'm trying to decide on what armor I should go with and I started wondering. Do I really have to have two increase melee speed perks on two
Different armor pieces so they stack. I mean. As a titan Striker close range is really all I have but it'd be nice to be able to reduce melee cool down with grenades. In short do the perks stack or am I free to mix and match perks while remaining a close range powerhouse?

I've answered my question. I punched 10 times and timed it with a helmet that increased melee speed and gauntlets that did the same. The results? 8-9 sec for both equipped. 8-9 sec with only the helm equipped. 11-12 for neither equipped.
