I really believe the crucible needs a truly even playing field. Where level doesn't matter and stats don't matter, where each guardian is even with the next even only in the chosen crucible mode. This mode should be true to bungies roots and should be called Slayer with each guardian starting with the same load outs either voted on or chosen by a submenu of the types of slayer or team slayer to choose from. Powers still would be usable along with abilities but everyone would truly have to rely on skill and it would be a great nod into the multiplayer world bungie first made relevant and the stepping stone into Modern online firefights. Or you could have pro slayer as well without powers only grenades and maybe abilities. Honestly too often is it obvious that low levels don't stand a chance in the crucible and I don't think it's fair that there's not a mode that's catering to even Odds and skill, not to who sees the enemy first or knowing you are gunned down one shot to a level 20 if they even glimpse you first. I know it says level doesn't matter but it really doesn't feel that way ever, or it's obvious that weapons are still a big deal with who wins what duels. I really just want a mode where the crucible is specifically based off the honor of knowing you took out an entire team with absolutely no handicap on you. Where the weapons the guardians must use are all the same power level etc, to truly test the limits of our guardians there a should be a way to level the playing field and to give the fans of bungie that classic mode and feel that captivated them years ago keeping people awake all hours of the nights calling their friends noobs in good fun before abruptly putting an end to their soldiers life for the final kill in a match that was down to the next kill wins. The intensity of knowing that you aren't at any disadvantage and neither are they so this last kiss truly could go anywhere. I miss that feeling from slayer mode, I also believe they should add a ranking mode as well with this thought in mind. So if anyone else agrees they should add more of a classic feel to at least one mode in crucible agree on this post or hopefully bungie you read it and miss that same feeling lol
