Replacement DLC codes

I am having issues applying my DLC codes for Ghost edition content and the Expansion pass, both state the error code E-82000134 which is computer slang for this code is from a different region than your PSN account. I created a brand new PSN account in Australia (where I live) as I have not owned a Playstation product before purchasing my Destiny PS4, the Ghost edition I bought and the PS4 I bought were from the same store in the same country (Australia) and the Vanguard DLC from the PS4 works fine but all codes from the Ghost edition give me the above error code. I rang Sony/PSN support and they said speak to Activision the publishe and gave me this link for replacing codes: https://support.activision.com/DestinyCodeSupportForm I rang Activision just now after the above link did not work and they said ALL in game and DLC code support is handled by the game developer, in this case Bungie. I have Ghost Edition, Expansion pass and Vanguard DLC codes here that are from a different region I bought them in and I need a replacement, the originals can be burned or cancelled if that is possible as I have no use for them save retaining the cards for proof they exist. Bungie please! give me the answer! Can you replace my codes? Is Activision lying to me? Does the support rep have no idea what he was talking about and they should be able to help?

    • So after calling Activision a FOURTH time, I spoke to a supervisor who checked my codes and confirmed they were from the wrong country (North American codes) He directed me to the now working code form and I submitted my claim (once claim per code, 3 claims total) and I got all my replacement codes within 6 working hours (I submitted with 3 hours left in the working day and got them at 10am today when they start at 9am) All in all a painful experience but I finally got my answers after absolutely no help to begin with from either end.

      • Called Activision a THIRD time, they stipulated that the code support forum was overworked and was down, it is now backup and I have logged a new request with actual response this time.

          Nope, definitely no contact for bungie, the twitter isn't responding either, which would be fine if this was my first post on the issue but its my fifth and none have any answers
