I don't think the cryptarch is broken.
Maybe the percentage rates are slightly off but the game wasn't designed to let you have full legendary gear within a week or two of play. People need to drop the instant gratification and learn that they need to put in time in games like this. I personally didn't get my full legendary drop based set until cryptarch level 19 and I think that rate of time was spot on.

1 ReplyI fear the good gear will be too easy to come by now. part of what makes the good stuff good and exciting is its rarity. but on the other hand, they can "flood the market" with all the current gear only to later raise the level cap and make this current gear undesirable with new awesome better gear not yet created.
