Ghost location glicthed?
The dead ghost located on Venus near the Vex Gate Lord keeps showing back up even though i've collected it 5 times?

There are 3 Ghosts that I have seen and heard of Glitching 1: Forgotten Shore (Bunker RAS-4) - Under the stairs. 2: Nexus Strike (Dig Site 4) - In a Sink off of a side room 3: Freehold Station - In the Dark Room on top of one of the TV's of the four pillars. Both the Nexus and Freehold Station have glitched on my, but I have the same thing as you that Ghost counted for me but I can pick it up again and again.
