Options for buying faction gear

I think its fine exactly how it is.

I would like options to use my vanguard marks on factions.

I'd actually like to purchase vanguard item with crucible marks and visa versa.

What you guys think? All those marks just sitting there. Or perhaps you're not fond/good at pvp but want a taste of faction gear.
