official apology
Just wanted to apologize to Bungie for all the douchebags In these forums with no grasp of reality for the gaming industry. the game is amazing and I can't wait to continue the journey with you guys keep up the awesome work
Edited: geeze this is getting a lot of negativity didn't mean to offend anyone. Anyways, so I don't have to explain this any more I have no problem with opposing opinions in fact I welcome them, this post was in reference to the way some people are communicating said opinion. Understandably I called those people douchebags so this probably sounds pretty hypocritical, this was not the intention. If you spent your money on a product and have legitimate complaints, please by all means scream them to the -blam!-ing rooftops so they can be resolved, but for the people running around calling everyone else names that enjoy the game Instead of simply allowing someone to have their opinion, you guys genuinely suck, and due to a lot of that in these forums its left a bad taste In a lot of people's mouths hence the apology post.
Edit: flipping the situation vice versa if you are doing the same thing to people who do not enjoy the game you are in the exact same boat

Everyone can have their own opinion , I didn't say anything bad about your opinions summed up: I personally like the game, some people do not like the game and that's cool too, there are some people on the forum that are jerks to people for no reason hence the douchebaggery, I'm not apologizing FOR people, I am apologizing because of people. Jesus Christ!! There is a god damn -blam!-ing comma separating the part where I'm apologizing for the douchebags and the part where I am voicing my opinion, I'm really trying to bear with people and understand maybe they did not read it in that fashion, but damn it's getting old.
Also a lot of people are like "hurrdurr don't speak for me" , are you serious? are you a douchebag? I mean I guess no one would know better than you but I wasn't specifically calling anyone out so I don't understand the butthurt there.

58 RepliesI want to apologize ot the community for this fanboys that will just praise the game wagging their tails waiting for more bare dissapointing bones to be thrown their way while calling out others with legit claims douchebags like the OP. Ok OP lets address your AMAZING game shall we? 1.- Drop rate is terrible, also (i know this will be fixed but it should have been like that from the start) why do we have color coded engrams if we can still get items from a different color out of them? I have had maybe 8 legendary engrams (already hard to come by) out of wich not a single purple item has come its always wither blues or greens, if that is the case why not have just one color of engram and do the random dice roll like we do now? 2.- Crucible rewards, MVP of the game with the best overall performance gets nothing while someone that ends 1 - 20 gets a legendary or exotic, yeah very fair. 3.- Bounties are the same missions over and over again, repeated missions that by the time you hit level 20 you need to grind if you want to get the gear you need to push past level 20 (or be locked out of part of the game like Raids) 4.- Having to go back to orbit to join someones fire team even if you are standing right next to them, and same if you want to leave a fire team. 5.- No controls to adjust audio/voice so many times your chat with your fireteam members is drowned by the music and gunfire. 6.- Missions are repetitve, go to x point scan x item defend the Ghost from enemy hoards, rinse and repeat. 7.- Open world is not as open as they said it would be, there are kill zones everywhere. 8.- Customization is limited beyond belief. 9.- Everything in this game is random. 10.- Social game.. where you can not even chat with others on the Tower (wich is also limited on the ammount of players it can house) Those are just 10 issues and there are many more, but hey to you fanboys the game seems to be perfect right?
