Lost collectors edition items
I do not currently have access to my collectors edition items. For some reason my collectors edition items are equipped, but when I scroll over them it says "Requires Collectors Edition". Any help would be appreciated seeing as how I paid extra to get the items that I currently can not use.

1 ReplyIf you are playing on the same system you purchased the collectors edition for, try restoring licenses: http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 If you are on a different system (I.e. Purchased collectors ed on Xbox one, and are playing on 360), note that the premium and preorder content is only available on the system it was purchased/redeemed for.

the same thing happened to me. i purchased the digital collectors edition and suddenly it's unavailable to me and says "purchase required" and "collectors edition required" which like i said... i already have. what gives bungi?
