Bungie please do something

Bungie, I have done all I could but my college will not loosen up the security of my network. I waited and waited and they refuse to respond. This really upsets me because out of all my friends and colleagues I was the most excited to play this game for the past 2 years, and for all of my friends and colleagues to play the game with no problems upsets me. I can play the game for 10 mins and disconnect from the game via Caterpillar or xbl. The fact that every other game I played ranging from COD to Halo works fine on my Network but Destiny. Is there anything you can do to fix this? All I want is to play your game and the last thing I would want to do is sell it. Please help.
