Item 'Crafting' and more ingredient to hunt for...
I personally like Destiny. I've followed it a tonne before release and I maxed out all three classes during the beta.
However, after putting in 15+ hours so far since launch, I can't help but feel that Bungie are missing a trick. In a game where exploration is encouraged, as it is in Destiny, there needs to be a drive for the exploration... Yes, I know you can get loot, however when I first came across 'spinmetal' I thought "oh cool, this game must have item crafting" only to be quite disappointed when I learned that it it doesn't...
For me as a huge fan of a certain game about mining and crafting, I would love to see Destiny make more of the open world they have created by filling it with things you can actually do... besides shoot things.

I couldn't agree more without a good crafting system you can't have a thriving economy or a way to spend time working towards something in game. The gear and guns is one aspect but once everyone has all this whats left? The game needs social elements such as PVE on a huge open world map where you can explore and have random events generated by bungie to keep things fresh. Any type of social interaction such as chat proximity would be a bonus to make the world not feel so small. we have all these ships and they really just help us transition to load screens lol.. have some more use for these such as ship battles for pvp or pve. Customize options for ships to change the look, guns, engine whatever it may be. There needs to be a point after hitting max level if this is suppose to be a social game its lacking this right now.
