Everyone is complaining about the rewards in crucible. We've all been there top of our team getting little to no rewards whilst the guy with a k/d ratio of 0.2 gets some amazing reward. I get it, it's annoying especially when you work your ass off to get to the top of your team. But why has no one considered this is to try and balance out the game by giving the not so great players better items to try and even the odds?
If you were were the MVP of your team and got a better weapon or amour than your current one would that make it more fair or unfair for the people who were already getting slaughtered before hand?
All it is is giving encouragement to the people who aren't so good while trying to maintain a level playing field.

Ok here's some food for thought what's stoping me from doing nothing the entire game to have a better chance at good gear? I don't care about k/d I'll -blam!-ing dance my way to exotic gear if that's what it takes XD. But it should be more balanced then it is if there not willing to give you exotic or legendary gear for taking first maybe some materials? Shards motes coins more marks? It sucks knowing you're the reason the team won and not getting a reword for working your ass off....

I'm pretty good at PvP but sometimes I'll have a shit game and I'll want to back out but the fact that I could miss out on a strange coin or something keeps me from bailing. I think that's part of the reason it's random.

Its more like a lottery than a reward. Everyone has an even chance to win. I think having a progress to rewards(Earned by gaining Captures/Kills/Assists/Revives/Medals ect.) would be better. Even a bad PvP player who focused on support(Captures and Rez) could eventually earn a reward and better players of course get more chances. It rewards both effort and performance.

First of all the pvp reward system is blaming stupid. Second. Pvp is balanced out which means a lvl 6 can beat a lvl 28 as easy as the lvl 28 can beat the lvl 6. Until Iron Banner comes out its all balanced.

No one is rewarding people out of sympathy or pity. It's called random number generator. I've seen loot distributed in every imaginable fashion (top of the score board, bottom of the score board, middle, and all over the place on the score board). Stop spreading superstition lol.

It also rewards the people who rubber band their controler, go to work for 9 hours, and come back to an inventory full of exotics and strange coins.

That's stupid because my mate is really good at pvp but because he had one bad match he get the monti Carlo that's doesn't make sense to me.

Something else that might help would be to have Crucible matches more evenly divided. I hardly touched Crucible until I was level 18 because I kept getting the crap kicked uot of me by guys in the 20's who had better armour and guns. If the Crucible games tried to match players a little more evenly then it might work better. I hate nothing more in this game than seeing 2 or 3 guys on my team around levels 8-15 and seeing the other team all 20 and above.

I doubt a better item will improve their skill any, just reaffirm them to just keeping sucking. Items matter in this game, not win ratios, k/d ratios or points.

Fact: you will NOT get a high level character just by playing Crucible. Think about that...

It's not gear or weapons when defense, damage doesn't play a role in crucible.

Rather than encourage people all I see happening is more and more people having "0" on their score through the entire match.

They are bad cause they are bad, not because they lack gear.
