Any actions to solve caterpillar from Bungie ?

Hi I have caterpillar at each connection from day one. Can Bungi communicate about this error ? I feel that Bungie doesn't car at all about it. Except of this stupid recommandation adds last week, we don't see any thing. But, what we can see, it's: if some players are crying about farming in a cave: the "problem" is solve it one day if some players are crying about loot frequency of big stuff: the "problem" is solve in one day. But, about the players that cannot play at all: no action, no explaination, no communication. So: if players are not happy for one detail ingame, Bungie take urgent action. But for player with critical problem, they don't care... Is people at Bungie that are capable and can take care of critical situation players ? I add a few questions, but, I'm sure that nobody will answer, again: what is this error exactly ? If you explain us the problem, we will have a chance to solve it. Are you taking action about this problem ? Do I need to ask to Activision to give me back my money ? Please, Bungie, answer to all your gamer that are in critical situation with this "became a legend" game... The only impression you give to us is: I have they money, then I don't care any more... You are suppose to be a great developpement studio: assume your status !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUNGIE: WHAT ARE YOU DOING FOR CTITICAL SITUATION PLAYER ?
