WTF IS THE DEAL WITH CRYPTARCH LVL?!!!!!!!
My cryptarch lvl is 8 almost 9 and I never get legendaries for purple engram drops. Only have had one purple and I have decrypted at least 8!!!! Then my friend whose lvl is 2 gets his first one and gets an exotic?!!!!! WTF MAN. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE DEAL IS?

Cryptarch rank means nothing at least from personal experience. Mine is rank 43 and I have noticed no difference in decoding engrams.
