i have beat AR users in pvp with the scout rifle consistantly, the problem lies in that near every hit has to be a critical to win, while the AR user just needs to aim for center mass. i used to main scout rifles till i got surgos regime which is an AR with stupid high accuracy but that being said it does need a small buff for pvp at the very least, and while on that topic NOBODY uses hand cannons in pvp i have noticed, that probably needs a buff too
