Just up the hill from where the patrol mission starts on the Moon, in the first small building on the left if you go straight, a chest spawns on top of a cabinet or something like that. There are some toolboxes on the floor just underneath it and to the right, a bit closer to the wall. No matter where I stood, it was not possible to open this chest. Even jumping didn't make the prompt come up to attempt to do it while slipping around on the geometry associated with the toolboxes. You can jump on top of the cabinet, next to the chest, but there's no way to walk in front of it or open it from any angle to the side. It's not a big deal for me personally, since it's just uncommon gear and materials with some glimmer, but I felt I should put up a post about it anyway. This happened for me yesterday morning at some point, I think. Shouldn't matter, as long as the chest has spawned there.
